The terms that govern your use of BnbWise.
Effective date: August 24, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and BnbWise (“BnbWise”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
BnbWise provides accounting and automation tools for short-term-rental hosts, including income and expense tracking, reporting, calendars, task automation, and optional messaging to you and to service providers you add.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
- Keep your password secure. We offer multi-factor authentication to help protect your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old and use BnbWise for a lawful business purpose.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees, billing intervals, and any applicable taxes are shown before you subscribe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Messaging
If you enable messaging, you authorize BnbWise to send texts on your behalf and to you (for example, verification codes and reminders you configure). You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from the contacts you add, and BnbWise additionally requires those contacts to confirm consent before messages are sent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle messaging data.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of the data you put into BnbWise. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You may request permanent deletion of your data at any time.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no sending unsolicited or unauthorized messages, no attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data.
Not financial or tax advice
BnbWise provides bookkeeping tools and estimates for your convenience. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for consulting a qualified professional where appropriate.
Third-party services
The service integrates optional third-party providers (for example Stripe, Twilio, Plaid, and Amazon Web Services). Your use of those integrations may also be subject to their terms.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BnbWise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
