SMS & Messaging Terms

How BnbWise uses your mobile number for text messaging.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages (SMS) and/or WhatsApp messages from BnbWise. Here is what we use your number for:

  • Account security (MFA): one-time verification codes to confirm it’s you when you sign in or secure your account.
  • Messages you set up: reminders and requests you configure in BnbWise to help you run your short-term rental — for example, notifying a cleaner after a checkout or reminding yourself of a task. These only send when you create the automation.
  • Automated alerts & suggestions: occasional notifications and revenue/operations suggestions to help with your hosting responsibilities.

What we do not do

  • We do not send marketing or promotional messages by SMS.
  • We do not share your phone number with anyone else.

Message Frequency

You will receive a message every time you try to log in from a new device, as well as any messages you set up in your automation rules. In all, you will receive no more than 100 messages per month.

Standard Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan.

Help & Stop

Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time.

Your control

You can configure or turn off any of these communications on the Settings page at any time.
