How you are contacted, and about what.
Settings → Notifications controls both how you're reached and what about.
Channels
Push notifications work on this device, even when BnbWise is closed. Turn them on and your browser asks permission. Every device you enable is listed, so you can remove one you no longer use, and Test push notifications confirms it works.
On iPhone and iPad you must first add BnbWise to your Home Screen (Share → Add to Home Screen) and open it from that icon before push can be enabled.
Email — notifications to your account address.
Text messages (SMS) and WhatsApp — each is a separate, explicit opt-in. Ticking the box is your consent to receive automated messages from BnbWise: sign-in security codes, the reminders you set up, and alerts. No marketing, and your number is never shared. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
These are your own notifications. Messages to your cleaner or handyman are governed separately by that contact's consent (see Contacts and consent).

- Product updates — new features.
- Hosting tips — occasional strategy emails.
- Offers & promotions.
