Billing problems and closing your account

If a payment fails

Nothing breaks immediately. You keep full access for 20 days, with a banner showing what's wrong and a link to fix your card. After that the account is locked until payment is reinstated.

Your data is never touched — only access is paused. Fix the card and everything is exactly as you left it.

Closing your account

Settings → Close and permanently remove my account.

This cancels your subscriptions, disconnects your banks and calendars, and permanently deletes your account and all of your data. You'll be asked to confirm twice. It cannot be undone.
