Where BnbWise works
Which countries and currencies are supported, and what needs a US address.
Short answer: BnbWise itself works anywhere, but paying for it, and connecting a bank, currently require the United States. Everything else — your properties, your currency, the language — is not restricted by country.
| Availability | |
|---|---|
| Using the app | Anywhere. There is no country restriction on signing in or using any screen. |
| Paying for a property | United States only. The billing address form offers no other country, and a non-US address is refused with "Payments are only available in the US right now." |
| Connecting a bank (Plaid) | United States only. Bank linking opens for US institutions. Outside the US, import your transactions from a statement file instead — that works from any bank, in any country. |
| Your property's location | Anywhere. A property's subtitle is free text and is never validated or restricted. |
| Property currency | 11 supported: USD, EUR, GBP, MXN, CAD, AUD, JPY, CHF, BRL, COP, ARS. Set per property. |
| Airbnb calendar sync and CSV import | Anywhere. Both read Airbnb's own exports, in any country and any language. |
| Interface language | English and Spanish. |
| Messages to contacts (SMS / WhatsApp) | Depends on the number being reachable from the messaging provider; not restricted by BnbWise. |
So a host in Mexico, Spain or Colombia can run a property in BnbWise, price it in their own currency, sync the Airbnb calendar, and import bank transactions from a file — but needs a US billing address to subscribe, and cannot use the automatic bank connection.
Prices are charged in USD regardless of the property's currency, and there is no currency conversion anywhere in the product: amounts are stored and shown in the currency of the property they belong to.
