Your daily view: what needs you today.
Your daily working view. It answers one question: what needs me today?
Coming up
The stays in the next two weeks — plus any older one that still has unfinished work, so nothing outstanding disappears the moment a guest leaves. Each shows the arrival (or departure, if the guest is currently in), how many nights, the guest, and a status:
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| N overdue | Something for this stay is past its due date |
| Needs you | A message failed or was declined — a person has to step in |
| ✓ On track | Work is underway, nothing overdue |
| ✓ Done | Everything for this stay is complete |
| Scheduled | Nothing due yet |
Stays that need attention open automatically; the rest are collapsed. Opening one lists its tasks with:
- who the task was assigned to;
- delivery ticks — ✓ sent, ✓✓ delivered, ✓✓✓ confirmed, ✕ declined, ⚠ escalated;
- the latest line from the message log, color-coded — green for confirmed, amber for waiting, red for a problem.
Tick a task off directly from here.
Tasks not tied to a stay
Standalone work — gutters, permits, quarterly filings — grouped into Overdue and Coming up.
