Getting started
Create your account, add a property, and how billing works.
1.1 Creating your account
Sign up with your first name, last name, email and a password. A phone number is optional at this stage.
We email you a confirmation code. Enter it to activate the account. If it doesn't arrive, use Resend code — and check your spam folder.
If you forget your password later, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen: we email a code, then you choose a new password.
1.2 Adding your first property
Once your account is confirmed, BnbWise walks you through adding a property in three steps.
Step 1 — Choose a plan. Monthly or yearly (see pricing below). If you have a promo code, enter it here and press apply; the price updates before you pay.
Step 2 — Payment. You enter your billing name and address first (used to calculate tax), then your card details. Card data goes directly to Stripe — it never passes through BnbWise.
Step 3 — Configure the property. Give it a name, and optionally:

1.3 Plans, pricing and how properties are charged
Each property is billed separately, on its own subscription.

Points worth knowing:
- You pay per property, not per account. Adding a second property starts a second subscription. Your card is stored once at the account level and reused.
- Each property can be on a different plan. One can be yearly and another monthly.
- Taxes are calculated from the billing address you enter and shown before you confirm.
- Changing plan (monthly ⇄ yearly) is done per property in Property settings → Billing → Change plan. The change is applied immediately and Stripe prorates the difference.
- Cancelling keeps the property working until the end of the period you've already paid for, then access to that property stops. Your data is kept, and you can resume any time before the end date.
1.4 Promo codes
Enter a promo code on the plan step. Codes can give:
- a percentage or fixed amount off, either once, for a set number of months, or forever; or
- a free-for-life comp, in which case no card is required at all.
The screen shows the discounted price, and — for a code that only lasts a few months — what the price becomes afterwards.
1.5 Signing in, passwords and two-factor authentication
Sign in with your email and password.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is optional and off by default. Turn it on in Settings → Login & Security → Enable multi-factor authentication:
- Enter your mobile number, including the country code.
- We text you a code.
- Enter the code to confirm.
From then on you'll be asked for a texted code when signing in from a new device. You can turn it off again from the same place.
